What's our shipping policy?
Shipping & delivery, we move fast, just like you do.
- All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- If you’re in a hurry, Royal Mail Next Day is available at checkout.
- Your subscription deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched same day.
- Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
- Orders placed on or due for delivery over a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
- During peak times like Christmas, delivery time frames may be slightly longer thanks for bearing with us.

At Rebel Natured, we do things a little differently.
If for whatever reason it’s not for you, instead of sending it back, pass it on to someone who’ll love it and we’ll give you a full refund.
Because good skincare shouldn’t go to waste
Just let us know within 14 days of your order.
Once you’ve received a dispatch confirmation email (‘Your order is on its way’), we can’t cancel or refund your orders, even if you contact us shortly after. This is due to the nature of the product and shipping process.
