Celebrating Our Rebels Achieving Extraordinary Things
Every Rebel Has a Story
At Rebel Natured, we believe being a Rebel isn't about being the fastest, strongest or finishing first.
It's about saying yes to the challenge.
It's about showing up when motivation fades, pushing through discomfort, and discovering what you're truly capable of.
Every month we celebrate one incredible member of our community who embodies the Rebel mindset through resilience, determination and a passion for living actively.
From ultramarathons and mountain climbs to charity challenges, first races and personal milestones, every achievement deserves recognition because every journey is different.
July Rebel Of The Month - Andy Dunkers
Some races test far more than physical fitness. They test your resilience, mindset and ability to keep moving forward when the day does not go to plan.
At IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea, Andy Dunkers completed a challenging 1.9km swim, 90km bike ride and 21.1km run in an impressive time of 5:19:04.
After months of dedicated training, Andy arrived with a sub-five-hour goal in his sights. However, the demanding hills, intense heat and an unpredictable race day created a very different challenge.
Andy felt strong and relaxed throughout the swim, but the relentless climbs on the bike made it difficult to find a rhythm. During the run, a watch malfunction meant tackling the heat without any pacing data. At that point, the race became less about the clock and more about digging deep, adapting and reaching the finish line.
Despite feeling disappointed with the result, Andy crossed the red carpet knowing he had given everything he had on the day. Rather than letting the setback diminish his ambition, the experience has made him even more determined to return stronger and achieve his sub-five-hour goal.
Andy represents everything the Rebel mindset stands for: resilience, honesty, determination and the courage to keep pursuing your goals when things do not go as planned.
Congratulations, Andy. We are incredibly proud to celebrate you as our Rebel of the Month for July. The flame is burning brighter, and we know there is much more to come.
June Rebel Of The Month - Jo Lane
Some challenges push every part of who you are, physically, mentally and emotionally.
At IRONMAN Austria, Jo Lane completed one of the world's most iconic endurance events, conquering a 3.8km open water swim, 180km bike ride and a 42.2km marathon to earn the title of IRONMAN.
Months of dedicated training, early mornings and unwavering commitment all led to one unforgettable day. Through every kilometre, Jo demonstrated incredible resilience, determination and the mindset to keep moving forward when the challenge became its toughest.
Jo's achievement is a powerful reminder that extraordinary goals are reached one step, one pedal stroke and one swim stroke at a time.
Jo represents everything the Rebel mindset stands for: courage, commitment and the belief that with consistency and determination, anything is possible.
Congratulations, Jo. We're incredibly proud to celebrate you as our Rebel of the Month for June.
May Rebel Of The Month - Rob Moss
Some challenges are as much mental as they are physical.
At the Far Coley Farm Backyard Ultra, Rob Moss took on one of endurance running's toughest formats, covering an incredible 187 kilometres over 27 continuous hours without sleep.
Hour after hour, lap after lap, Rob refused to quit, proving that resilience isn't built in comfort, it's earned through perseverance.
His performance is a powerful reminder that true strength comes from refusing to give in when your body tells you to stop.
Rob represents everything the Rebel mindset stands for: grit, resilience and the courage to keep moving forward.
April Rebel of the Month - Manny Singh Kang
Some challenges are as much mental as they are physical.
Some people run for medals. Manny ran and walked for something far greater.
Starting with an extraordinary 130-mile walk from Wolverhampton to London in under three days without sleep, Manny then stood on the London Marathon start line to complete his seventh marathon, covering an astonishing 156.2 miles continuously.
His challenge raised over £50,000 for Dementia UK, contributing to more than £340,000 raised since 2018.
Manny reminds us that true endurance isn't measured by distance alone it's measured by the lives you impact along the way.
March Rebel of the Month - Ross Fletcher
For Ross Fletcher, the finish line was only part of the achievement.
Competing in the Bath Half Marathon, Ross completed the 21.13km course in just over 1 hour 29 minutes, maintaining an impressive 4:13/km pace.
Alongside a fantastic personal performance, Ross raised more than £805 for Alzheimer's Society, turning every kilometre into meaningful support for an important cause.
Ross shows that personal bests become even more rewarding when they're achieved while giving back to others.
February Rebel of the Month - Ella Coleman
After completing the Wimbledon Half Marathon, Ella could have celebrated and stopped there.
Instead, she set an even bigger goal.
She's now preparing to take on the London Marathon while raising money for the Clear Vision Project, continuing to push herself beyond what once seemed possible.
Ella's journey isn't about chasing perfection it's about embracing progress, setting new challenges and believing that every finish line is simply the start of the next adventure.
That's exactly what being a Rebel is all about.
