As a family-run business based in Staffordshire, supporting inspiring local businesses is something we love. The retreat was everything a wellness weekend should be. From energising workouts and restorative sessions to moments of relaxation and meaningful conversations, it brought together a fantastic group of people who all share a passion for living well. It was inspiring to see so many people taking time to prioritise their health and wellbeing.
